1. Operator and website scope

ZeusRa.com is operated by Ahmed Kanash under the ZeusRa creator and service brand, based in New York, United States. The site includes a personal portfolio, free guides, media, esports records and information about proposed services. These terms explain website use and the framework for separately agreed work. 2. Inquiries and agreeing to a service

A visit, inquiry, planner draft or form submission does not book a service, authorize a charge or enroll you in a subscription. Before paid work, both parties must confirm scope, deliverables, price, taxes, dates, cancellation terms and any renewal arrangement, and expressly accept the relevant agreement. A specific written service agreement may supplement these terms; mandatory consumer rights always take priority. Browsing alone is not acceptance of a paid contract or advertising consent. The website currently has no payment checkout or automatic subscription enrollment.

3. Eligibility and minors

Provide accurate contact information and only agree to work you are authorized to request. You must have the legal capacity to enter a proposed paid agreement, or an appropriate parent or guardian must arrange it separately. The site and paid services are not directed to children under 13. A proposed service for a minor requires an age-appropriate arrangement before information or payment is provided. Availability for US or international clients depends on the proposed work and applicable law.

4. Coaching and competitive integrity

Coaching offers educational review, practice priorities and agreed development support. No rank, win rate, tournament result, income or particular improvement is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your participation and circumstances outside my control. You retain responsibility for your gameplay and account. Services do not include boosting, account sharing, cheating, prohibited software or communication forbidden by tournament rules. I do not need your password. Respect the rules of the game, platform, school and competition involved.

5. Fees, renewals and cancellation

Prices, service periods and scheduling rules are confirmed before payment. Any recurring plan requires separate express agreement to its price, billing frequency, duration and cancellation method, with legally required confirmations and notices. No live subscription checkout is currently offered here. The Refund Policy preserves the voluntary fee-free full-refund window of 24 elapsed hours after a separately agreed subscription purchase or renewal. After that, a change-of-mind payment is generally non-refundable, without an additional late cancellation charge; future renewals can still be canceled. Individual coaching-session cancellation and rescheduling rules are separate. Mandatory cancellation periods and remedies for undelivered or defective services remain protected.

6. Scheduling and professional work

Session times, deliverables, response expectations and permitted use of work are agreed for the selected service. Supply materials you have permission to share and attend agreed sessions. No unlimited or round-the-clock support is included unless expressly agreed. If I cannot supply agreed work, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion or agree to an alternative. Research or business work requires a written scope covering fees, deliverables, confidentiality and permitted use. Informational research is not legal representation, investment advice or a substitute for a qualified professional. Security work requires permission and a clearly defined lawful scope.

7. Acceptable website use

Do not impersonate others, send malware or abusive or unlawful material, interfere with the site, evade access controls, or access systems or private data without authorization. Do not use contact forms for unsolicited bulk messages or attempt to obtain API credentials. Ordinary browsing, linking and sharing public content links are welcome. Features may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, maintenance or legal obligations; this does not remove rights under an existing paid agreement.

8. Your submissions and recordings

Send only material you are entitled to share. You retain rights in your own inquiry, gameplay submission and original material; you allow the use reasonably needed to review the inquiry or deliver the agreed service. Sending material does not grant permission to sell it, publish a private recording or promote ZeusRa using your identity. Any recording, public testimonial, portfolio use or wider reuse must be arranged separately with the necessary permissions. Do not send other people’s private information without a lawful reason and appropriate permission.

9. Website content and third-party rights

ZeusRa branding and original content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Game art, champion and item names, platform marks, statistics and other third-party materials retain their own licenses and rights; no endorsement is implied. You may link to public pages. Reproducing artwork, distributing a guide or using a logo commercially requires the applicable permission or a lawful exception; sharing a link does not transfer ownership. Rights in a paid deliverable are agreed separately. Report a copyright concern to legal@zeusra.com with the work, page URL and your contact details. 10. Guides, external platforms and availability

Guides are educational opinions and patch-dependent recommendations, not guaranteed results. Statistical sources have their own methodology, sample limitations and terms. Match records are an archive and may need corrections; check the linked organizer for time-sensitive details. External links, embedded players and advertising are provided by services with their own terms and privacy notices. The site may be updated, interrupted or unavailable. Infinite Odyssey’s artwork and development studies remain on this website. Play opens the dedicated game site, where the game’s own terms and privacy information apply. The game is still in development; no completion date or future release date is promised.

11. Accuracy and reasonable limitations

I aim to describe the site and agreed work accurately, but free content may contain errors or become outdated. Use your judgment and report a correction to support@zeusra.com. To the extent permitted by applicable law, continuous availability, universal compatibility and a particular result from free content are not guaranteed. This does not override a specific promise in a paid agreement or exclude responsibility for fraud, gross negligence or any liability, consumer remedy or privacy right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket indemnity or fixed liability cap is imposed by this page.

12. Questions and disputes

Contact business@zeusra.com about a service complaint or legal@zeusra.com about a legal notice, with enough information to understand the concern. Discussing a concern first is encouraged and does not prevent access to a court, regulator or other remedy. This website does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an exclusive court venue or a shortened statutory claim period. The applicable law and competent forum remain subject to mandatory rules and any separately valid agreement.

13. Changes and related policies

The revision date identifies the current website terms. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights under an existing paid agreement. Material changes to agreed services require notice and agreement where required. Read the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and third-party notices alongside these terms. A translated reading summary helps explain the policies; it does not remove mandatory local rights or create a different paid agreement.
