Google advertising and analytics choices
Google AdSense publisher ID: ca-pub-6670258999039665. Google may process advertising information according to its Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and partner-site explanation (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). Ad personalization can be managed at https://myadcenter.google.com/. Our Privacy Preferences link controls optional categories. Revoking advertising permission reloads the page if the advertising script ran, preventing it from continuing in that document. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by Google or remove its cookies; browser controls can clear those cookies. A certified consent-management provider must be connected before ads are activated. Analytics remains unconfigured and does not collect traffic data through Google Analytics.
Coaching inquiries
The coaching intake asks for contact details, Riot ID, region, rank, roles, champions, approximate season games, package preference, goals, challenges, and availability. This preview does not transmit those fields. On the configured Netlify edition, submission is handled by Netlify Forms. No payment, account login, VOD upload, or automatic booking is implemented. Any later sharing through Discord and any recording arrangements must be agreed separately.
Public competitive data
When the Riot integration is configured, the server requests public account, rank, mastery, and recent Ranked Solo/Duo match data for ZEUSRA#GODS. It keeps a temporary server-memory cache of the player summary and up to 90 rank observations; these can reset when the server restarts. Visitors receive that summary, not the API credential or other participants’ account identifiers. There is no durable rank-history database connected. The Skill Tracker demo uses clearly labeled fictional fixtures, performs example searches locally, and does not send those searches to Riot. No visitor account lookup is implemented.

Information you choose to provide
The contact form contains name, email, organization / team / company, inquiry type, subject, message, and an optional profile link. Required fields are identified. In this version, the form validates locally and displays that delivery is unavailable; it does not send or save your entered message through the application. Reloading or leaving the page loses the form state. Your browser may separately offer its own autofill behavior.
When contact delivery is enabled
The prepared server handler is intended to process inquiries and use the supplied address to reply. This includes recruitment, collaborations, professional contact, privacy requests, and accessibility reports. No newsletter subscription is created by the form. The delivery provider, anti-spam configuration, retention practice, and this policy must be reviewed before enabling submission.
Hosting & technical information
This website uses hosted web infrastructure. Hosting, delivery, and security providers may process request information such as IP address, browser headers, timestamps, and operational logs. Platform access controls may use their own cookies. Their actual retention, processing locations, and cookie behavior have not been independently audited.
Privacy choices & withdrawal
Necessary operation and saving your privacy choices are always enabled. Preferences, Analytics, and Advertising / Marketing are optional and default to off. Accept All enables those categories; Reject Optional leaves them off; Manage Preferences lets you choose individually. You can reopen Privacy Preferences in the footer at any time. The consent record stays on this browser and is not sent to an analytics provider. It expires after 180 days and is removed when the site next reads it. If browser storage is unavailable, choices apply only to the current page. Clearing browser storage also clears your choices. Withdrawal stops integrations registered for the affected category; it cannot recall data already transmitted or remove a third party’s cookies. Google AdSense is configured for site verification. Its advertising script only loads after Advertising / Marketing consent and a connected Google-certified consent provider confirms permission. Without that provider, ad loading remains blocked. No Google Analytics measurement ID, analytics tag, Tag Manager, or conversion tag is active.
Twitch status verification
Where configured, the server checks the public ZeusRa stream status and caches it. The browser reads the cached status from this website; Twitch application credentials are never included in that response. An unknown or expired status is not displayed as verified offline. This public status check is separate from choosing to load the Twitch video player.
Cookies, analytics & embedded media
Google AdSense may use cookies, IP addresses, browser/device information and ad interaction data to deliver, measure and, where permitted, personalize advertising. Its script is blocked until the consent conditions described above are met. Google Analytics is planned for traffic and usage measurement but is not installed; selecting Analytics currently sends no analytics requests. If enabled later, it must respect the Analytics preference and this policy will be updated. It stores your privacy categories and the time of your choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, unless you clear them sooner. This record remembers your consent; it is not used for visitor tracking. Optional language preferences may be stored only if Preferences is enabled. A session-storage marker remembers whether the homepage introduction has been shown; it contains no personal identifier and clears with the browser session. You can change or withdraw optional choices through Privacy Preferences in the footer. Future integrations must use the selected category; accepting a category does not activate an unconfigured provider. YouTube and social profiles appear as external links. TikTok clips are external links only. No TikTok iframe, script, or tracking resource is loaded by this website. Opening an external link is subject to that provider’s privacy practices. The optional Twitch player loads only after choosing Load Twitch player. Loading it connects to Twitch, which may process technical data and set cookies under its own policy. The choice to load each media player is page-local and separate from your saved privacy categories. Media & Cookie Preferences is available in the footer; unloading a player stops that embed but cannot remove cookies already set by a third party. This does not assert that the hosting platform or its sign-in service never sets cookies.
External services & sharing
Following a social link takes you to a separate service, governed by that service’s policies. The site does not sell personal information through any implemented feature. Operational providers may process information necessary to deliver the site. No email provider is active in the current application. This statement does not establish the owner’s practices outside this website.
Retention & security
No application database or contact-message archive is configured. Retention of hosting logs is determined by the hosting provider. No fixed deletion period is promised here. The prepared handler uses server-side validation and size limits, and keeps sensitive delivery settings server-side. No website can promise complete security.
