1. Who I am and how to contact me

ZeusRa is the creator and service brand of Ahmed Kanash, who operates ZeusRa.com from New York, United States. This policy covers this website and correspondence about ZeusRa services. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email privacy@zeusra.com. For a business inquiry, use business@zeusra.com; for a website problem, use support@zeusra.com. Where data-protection law applies, Ahmed Kanash is responsible for the purposes and means of his own processing. External platforms may act separately under their own notices.

2. Information I handle

The contact form asks for your name, email, inquiry type, subject and message. An organization and profile link are optional. Correspondence may also include availability, proposals, Discord names, Riot IDs, gameplay links or coaching goals that you choose to provide. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times and operational logs. Advertising and media providers may receive identifiers and interactions as described below. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Why I use information

I use inquiries to respond, assess a proposed project, arrange an agreed service and keep relevant business records. Coaching materials support the educational review you request. Technical information helps deliver and protect the website and diagnose faults. An inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list, and the website does not make solely automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. Where EEA or UK law applies, relevant grounds may include steps you request before a contract, an agreed service, legal obligations, consent for optional processing, and legitimate interests in security and correspondence balanced against your rights.

4. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

AdSense review is pending. This website uses only the static ownership-verification meta tag and ads.txt; the site Auto Ads script is disabled. These verification files do not load the advertising provider or serve ads. Advertising inside external video players belongs to those platforms and is separate from site advertising. If site advertising is enabled later, Google and participating advertising partners may receive IP addresses, device and browser details, cookie identifiers, impressions and ad interactions. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies based on visits to this and other websites. Personalized, non-personalized or limited ads would depend on applicable choices, region and Google’s systems. Advertising disclosures can count as sale or sharing under some privacy laws even without a cash payment.

5. Advertising partners and privacy choices

Site ad-consent controls are unavailable while the advertising provider is disabled. If site ads are enabled later, Manage consent requests the applicable Google Privacy & messaging message when its provider is available. Where available, Google’s Do not sell or share control provides US advertising opt-outs. The message’s vendor list identifies participating providers. If a message cannot open, use the linked Google and industry provider controls, or report the problem to privacy@zeusra.com. Browsing, sending an inquiry or accepting a service agreement does not grant advertising consent. Optional-media controls manage players separately. Browser and provider settings can manage existing cookies. Withdrawing consent affects future optional processing and does not automatically erase information already received by a provider.

6. Analytics and website measurements

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not active in the current website implementation. This is separate from hosting or security logs and AdSense advertising measurement. If additional analytics are enabled, the policy and relevant controls must first describe the actual collection. A privacy setting for a future integration does not mean that integration is currently installed.

7. Optional media and browser storage

Twitch and YouTube embedded players load after you choose to play them. Their providers may then receive technical and viewing information and use cookies under their own policies. Some preview images are delivered from external image servers before playback and can expose ordinary request information; locally stored previews do not make that external request. External links open the provider’s own service. Keeping optional media off prevents embedded playback and unloads active players on the same domain, but cannot delete provider cookies or earlier processing. The media choice uses zeusra.media.off; stored privacy preferences use zeusra.privacy.v1, and a chosen language may use zeusra.language. An earlier introduction may have left a session marker. Browser settings can clear these preferences and cookies.

8. Contact form, email and services

Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for abuse. After a successful check, the server uses Resend to deliver the form fields to business@zeusra.com. Website mail is sent from support@zeusra.com, with the visitor’s address used for replies. Direct messages to the published domain addresses reach ZeusRa’s Google Workspace email inbox. The provider acceptance message does not guarantee inbox placement or an immediate reply. Email providers process content and technical delivery information under their own policies. The coaching inquiry planner keeps its draft in the current page and uses your device clipboard only when you choose to copy; you must paste and submit it yourself. The website currently has no payment checkout, automatic paid enrollment or public visitor account registration.

9. Who receives information, retention and security

Information is handled by ZeusRa and providers needed for hosting, security, email delivery and correspondence, with advertising and media providers as described above. Necessary information may be disclosed to comply with law, resolve a dispute or protect rights. I do not authorize public promotion using your inquiry, identity or coaching recording merely because you submitted it; publication needs a separate arrangement. Correspondence and service records are kept for their purpose and applicable tax, dispute or legal-record needs, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Provider logs, backups and cookie lifetimes follow their own systems and policies. Requests to delete my records go to privacy@zeusra.com; lawful retention exceptions may apply. Access controls reduce risk, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

10. California and other US privacy rights

Depending on the applicable law and its scope, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing. Email privacy@zeusra.com for requests about my records, authorized-agent requests or an available appeal; use the Google controls for advertising choices it manages. I may request proportionate verification, explain an applicable exception and respond within the relevant legal deadline. You will not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. Recognized opt-out preference signals must be respected where required; report a control that appears not to work. This notice does not claim that ZeusRa meets every state law’s business thresholds.

11. EEA, UK, Switzerland and international visitors

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Email privacy@zeusra.com; lawful verification, exceptions and response deadlines depend on the applicable rules. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Required transfer safeguards must be used where applicable; provider notices explain their arrangements. Choosing a language does not itself determine which law applies. Mandatory local rights remain available.

12. Children and policy changes

The website and paid services are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly seek their personal information. Do not submit a child’s personal information. A parent or guardian should discuss any proposed service for a minor before sending information or payment. If you believe a child’s information was received in error, contact privacy@zeusra.com so it can be investigated and addressed. This audience statement does not replace any applicable protection for children or teenagers. The revision date identifies the current notice; material changes will be explained where appropriate and do not retroactively authorize a new use of previously collected information.

13. Public game data and project previews

The Skill Tracker displays ZeusRa’s saved competitive-data snapshot, rather than a public player-search service. Live public Riot API access remains subject to approval, and private API credentials are not sent to visitors. Match schedules distinguish confirmed records from reported information and link to sources. Infinite Odyssey’s artwork and development studies remain on this website. Play opens a separately hosted game site; game features and any information they collect are covered by that site’s own terms and privacy information. This portfolio does not embed a game login or game payment system. OpenAI hosts this website through ChatGPT Sites with its hosting providers; their systems may process technical requests and hosting data needed to operate the site. New data collection requires accurate disclosures and applicable controls.
