Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. When this policy applies

This policy applies to services purchased directly from ZeusRa / Ahmed Kanash under an agreed paid arrangement. The website currently does not take payments or automatically enroll visitors in subscriptions. It does not promise that a subscription product is currently available. Scope, fees, service dates and any recurring billing terms must be confirmed before payment.

2. Subscriptions: 24 hours, fee-free

You may cancel a subscription purchase or renewal and request a full refund of that payment within 24 hours of its successful charge. No cancellation or processing fee will be deducted by ZeusRa for a request within this window. The window is measured as 24 elapsed hours from the transaction time, not the end of the next calendar day. The time you send your request determines whether it is within the window, even if I reply later.

3. After the first 24 hours

After the 24-hour fee-free window, the payment is generally non-refundable for a change of mind. ZeusRa does not charge an additional late cancellation fee: the consequence is loss of the voluntary refund entitlement for that payment. You can still cancel future subscription renewals. A refusal to refund an earlier valid charge does not authorize further renewals after cancellation takes effect. Statutory rights and refunds for services not provided remain protected.

4. One-time coaching and contract work

The subscription window does not automatically turn a one-time coaching package or project into a subscription. One-time cancellation and rescheduling terms must be agreed before payment. Completed, correctly supplied services are generally non-refundable for a change of mind, subject to that agreement and mandatory rights. No refund is promised solely because a desired rank, win rate or improvement was not achieved; results are not guaranteed.

5. Services not provided and mandatory rights

If ZeusRa cannot provide an agreed service, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion or choose an alternative by agreement. This policy does not remove remedies for defective or misdescribed services, unauthorized charges or other rights required by law. Applicable US, California and international consumer protections take priority over the 24-hour window and any non-refundable terms.

6. European and UK cancellation rights

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies to a distance service contract, it may be longer than 24 hours, commonly 14 days. Starting a service during that period may require your express request; any lawful proportionate charge or loss of withdrawal rights depends on the required information, consent and performance conditions. These conditions cannot be assumed from browsing this website. Any required withdrawal information and early-start agreement must be supplied before the service begins. Nothing in this policy overrides those rights.

7. How to cancel or request a refund

Email business@zeusra.com with the subject Refund or cancellation, the purchaser's name or email, transaction date, service name and an order reference if available. State whether you want a refund, cancellation of future renewals, or both. A reason is not required for the 24-hour subscription window. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents. Email is the direct refund and cancellation channel. Keep a copy of your request and its send time. The contact form is also available for inquiries, but an on-screen delivery acknowledgment does not confirm inbox placement. I will confirm the decision and any calculation in writing; verification requests will be limited to what is needed. A recurring plan must also identify a straightforward cancellation method before enrollment; where online cancellation is legally required, email alone is not a replacement for that method.

8. Returning payments

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, without a ZeusRa fee during the 24-hour subscription window. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and any applicable legal deadline. No specific processor or settlement time is promised before a payment arrangement is established. Contact ZeusRa if a refund or cancellation appears incorrect; this does not limit your lawful dispute rights.

Scheduled coaching sessions

For an individually booked coaching session, request cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed start time for a refund of the canceled session. For a package, this applies to the agreed price of sessions not yet delivered; the allocation of the package price to sessions must be confirmed before payment. Later change-of-mind cancellations normally do not qualify for a refund; there is no additional cancellation charge. This is separate from the subscription purchase/renewal window above. Mandatory rights and refunds where ZeusRa does not provide the agreed service remain protected. This website does not sell event tickets.
