Email privacy@zeusra.com with the subject Privacy request and describe what you would like me to do. Identify the relevant interaction with ZeusRa and your country or state if helpful. Do not email identity documents or account passwords. I will request only reasonable information needed to locate records and verify a request. I will explain any applicable legal exception or appeal option and respond within the deadline required by the law that applies.
New York
ZeusRa is based in New York. Privacy descriptions and controls must reflect what the website actually does. I do not request account passwords or payment-card details through inquiries. If a control appears inconsistent with its description, contact privacy@zeusra.com. Applicable New York security and breach-notification obligations must be assessed for the types of information handled; a privacy notice is not a substitute for those safeguards.
California
If the CCPA/CPRA applies to the business and processing concerned, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, correct or delete it, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, without unlawful discrimination. Authorized agents may act subject to applicable verification rules. Cross-context advertising disclosures can be sharing under California law. Applicable opt-out preference signals must be honored. This page does not represent that ZeusRa meets every statutory threshold or processes every category of information covered by the law.
Other United States residents
Other state laws may provide access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted-advertising opt-outs and appeal rights, depending on their coverage and exceptions. Contact ZeusRa about information in my records and use provider controls for provider-managed advertising choices. If you disagree with a request decision, reply asking for an appeal; available statutory complaint and appeal rights remain intact.
European Economic Area
Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Objections can apply to legitimate-interest processing and direct marketing. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your supervisory authority and use available judicial remedies. Contract-related processing, legal duties and other lawful bases are explained in the Privacy Policy.
United Kingdom and Switzerland
Applicable UK and Swiss laws may provide similar access, correction, deletion, objection and other protections. UK visitors may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; Swiss visitors may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Rights, procedures and exceptions depend on the law involved. These protections are not replaced by the website’s 24-hour commercial refund policy.
Other countries and international processing
Mandatory local rights are preserved where applicable. Service-provider processing may occur outside your country; required transfer safeguards and provider responsibilities must be considered before new processing is enabled. Translating the website is not a legal determination that every regional statute applies. Contact ZeusRa to explain a request under your local law.
Advertising and children
AdSense review is pending and site Auto Ads are disabled. Before site ads are enabled, applicable page exclusions, consent messages and advertising opt-out controls must be checked. Advertising inside external video players is managed separately by those platforms. ZeusRa does not direct this site or paid services to children under 13. Contact me if a child’s information was supplied inadvertently or to discuss a proposed service for a minor before sending information.
